Cybersecurity Awareness Training Lunch and Learn

Research shows that most successful cyberattacks involve mistakes made by humans with some industry sources putting the number as high as 85%. In support of this, experts consistently state that the most effective defense against cyberattacks is through education. Yet successful attacks continue to happen with alarming regularity despite the deployment of modern, automated cyber defense training. Perhaps it’s time for a different approach to educating humans to better prepare for the attacks of cybercriminals.

Using real-world examples and normal everyday language, this non-technical training course is for computer users of all types. This is not the typical automated, self-paced video training commonly deployed by many IT professionals. “Cybersecurity for businesspeople” is presented live by an instructor experienced in the field of cybercrime and is intended to improve the safety and resilience of computer users through awareness, examples, and education. The class also provides insight into tools and techniques for improving the protection of individuals, family members, coworkers, and companies.
